چکیده

Objectives: The objective of present study is to determine the efficacy ethanolic extract Evolvulus alsinoides Linn. for therapeutics at various doses. One more purpose also anti-inflammatory effects E. which are highly associated with CNS disease. Methods: Ethanolic has been used estimation acetylcholinesterase inhibitory activity dose 100, 200, 300 mg/kg on rat. For acetylcholinesterase, Ellman’s method based absorbance. Anti-inflammatory was evaluated by two in vitro experimental models i.e. heat induced hemolysis and hypotonic solution-induced hemolysis. Results: 200mg/kg effective than 100 300. In hemolysis, inflammation significantly reduced 50 ?g/ml EA while solution inhibition shown significant 50, 200 EA. Extract a dose-dependent manner due its membrane stabilizing action. Thus, may be employed as alternative safe drug therapy against inflammation. Conclusion: Several natural products have medicinal purposesin one them. It traditionally claimed memory enhancement will help brain related problems.
